Are your shoes unisex?
Yes.

What sizes do the tabi come in?
Our first run includes half sizes from US M4.5-12 (W6-13.5). We’re missing 11.5 because of a little hiccup, but we will produce it in the future.

Why doesn’t the tabi come in my size?
If your size falls outside our range and you’re annoyed, let us know! We want to hear from you. [email protected]

How does the sizing run?
We suggest taking your normal size. The upper will conform to your foot with wear. After extended wear, you can shrink up the shoe in the wash (don’t forget to remove the insole first).

Some friends have opted for a half size down for a super snug sock-fit.

Do you ship to my country?

Do I have to wear socks with my tabi?
No. Not if you don’t want to. The merino insole and Umorfil yarn have deodorizing anti-microbial properties.

How do I take care of my tabis?
We made sure that the insole is removable and hand washable as a first line of defense when your shoe start to get a little stinky. After you’ve removed your insole, you can throw your whole shoe in the wash - treat it like a sweater. Wash on delicate cycle in cold water. We recommend a gentle detergent and tumble dry on low or air dry in a warm, sunny place.

Can I wear my tabi socks with flip flops?
Why not? Go ahead.

What is ILYSM?
ILYSM stands for I Love You So Much. It’s a brand started by friends to support emerging artists by producing unique products, projects, and parties.

Can I return or exchange my order?
At the moment, we can only process returns. Exchanges are operationally tricky, but we’re working on it.

To “exchange” your size, place a new order for the size you want and return the one you don’t want. Returns are generally processed within 14 days and your credit card may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect the refund.
